Well, it is now 2009 and all has been pretty quiet around here.  The hectic build up to Christmas and the following aftermath have taken their toll on my photography exploits.

Just to update what has happened in the interim.  The photography gig I had went well and I am now the photographer for the company in question.  This is for all their photography requirements and I am very excited about this opportunity.

I have also started going to the Bradford Photographic Society, but more about this in another post.

The most important news is that, following a bonus at work and trading in my old camera gear, I have bought a Nikon D300.  It is an absolute gem and I am looking forward to learning how to get the most out of it and shooting some pictures.
